We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and control project schedules for major oil and gas projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate planning activities with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams. Support project controls by monitoring project performance against approved schedules. Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules. Conduct schedule risk analysis, forecasting, and critical path analysis. Participate in project review meetings and provide schedule updates to stakeholders. Ensure planning activities comply with company procedures and project requirements. Prepare project baselines, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project execution schedules. Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Monitor project progress, identify schedule variances, and recommend recovery plans. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years' planning experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, EPC, or EPIC projects. Willing to relocate. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering or a related discipline.
