Install, configure, and support hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones) and software applications. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other identity management systems. Oversee network security, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and patch management. Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
