THE JOB Generate waybills and invoices for loaded trucks accurately and within required timelines. Ensure accurate capture and processing of dispatch data, including product SKUs, quantities, and delivery details. Verify gate passes and conduct status checks prior to processing loading documentation. Prevent invalid or zero-value dispatch transactions through diligent verification processes. Maintain high levels of accuracy in all waybill and invoice documentation. Prepare and submit operational reports to support efficient delivery and logistics activities. Ensure compliance with company Quality Management System (QMS) requirements: and established operating procedures. Identify and escalate discrepancies relating to gate passes, invoicing, and delivery documentation.
