We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Human Resources Manager Location: Sunti, Niger Purpose To recruit, manage and retain competent Human Capital for the organization in the most cost-effective manner ensuring quality service delivery. The Job Manage industrial and employee relations issues. Manage Recruitment and Selection processes to ensure highest qualified candidates are sourced and retained. Manage, supervise, and implement the performance appraisal system for the company to ensure effective performance management system. Drive effective communication to ensure ownership and buy-in of all change initiatives. Ensure adherence to HR Policies and Procedures and carry out periodic reviews. Work closely with HODs to ensure growth and business performance, via effective implementation of HR strategy. Manage Training and Development intervention programmes to close competency gaps. Qualifications B.Sc. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline. CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification. Experience: 5–7 years HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. The Person Must: Have the capacity to develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with labour laws and organizational objectives. Have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees. Have strong analytical capability to interpret HR data and generate insights for management decision-making. Have proven ability to design, implement, and manage performance management systems that drive accountability and business results.
