This is a hands-on engineering role spanning test automation, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and reliability. You'll work closely with backend engineers to automate how we test, deploy, monitor, and operate our systems. We're looking for someone who enjoys writing code, automating repetitive processes, and solving problems across the full software lifecycle. What You'll Do Manage containerized workloads and infrastructure using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Investigate production issues and help drive problems through to root cause and resolution. Build and maintain automated tests for APIs, backend services, integrations, and critical financial workflows. Build monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across our systems. Design testing strategies that cover edge cases, failures, retries, concurrency, and data integrity. Continuously improve our engineering tooling, automation, and quality standards. Identify and resolve reliability, performance, and infrastructure bottlenecks. Build and improve CI/CD pipelines that enable engineers to ship safely and quickly. Work with engineers to improve system architecture, deployment processes, and production reliability. Build, maintain, and automate cloud infrastructure and production environments. What We're Looking For Strong experience: testing APIs and backend systems. Hands-on experience: with AWS, GCP, or Azure. Good understanding of Linux, networking, databases, and cloud architecture.
