Business Analyst Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate Experience: 1 - 2 years Location Lagos Job Field Data, Business Analysis and AI JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the Business Analysis Lead to analyse existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the guidance of senior leadership to optimise processes for increased efficiency. Assist in utilising data analysis techniques to extract insights into operational performance. Contribute to the development and presentation of reports, communicating findings, and recommending data-driven decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements: across different business segments. Support in documenting and prioritising requirements: for effective project execution. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance measures to ensure consistent and high-quality operational outputs. Support in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to operational quality. Contribute to strategic initiatives under the guidance of senior management for continuous improvement. Foster collaboration between all CIL business segments to create integrated and efficient operations. Act as a support liaison between different functions to ensure a cohesive approach. Identify opportunities for technology integration to enhance operational capabilities. Collaborate with IT teams to support the implementation of technology solutions that optimize business operations. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED 1 to 2 years of experience: as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of business operations optimization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or any relevant field Professional certification is an added advantage.
