Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's) Experience: 0–6 years' experience: in microfinance, credit, or sales roles. Experience: in grassroots or SME lending is an added advantage. Prepare and submit complete loan documentation in line with policy requirements. Ensure strict compliance with KYC and internal credit guidelines. Loan Disbursement Facilitate timely disbursement of approved loans. Ensure all pre-disbursement conditions are met before fund release. Portfolio Monitoring & Recovery Monitor loan repayment performance and portfolio health. Follow up on due and overdue loans proactively. Drive collections and ensure minimal delinquency rates. Support recovery of non-performing loans. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide financial advisory and product education: to customers.
