The successful candidate will conduct routine quality checks, identify non-conformities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine quality inspections and checks on products, processes, and operational activities. Ensure products and business processes comply with established quality standards and company procedures. Identify, document, and report defects, discrepancies, and non-conformities. Monitor the handling, storage, packaging, and distribution of pharmaceutical products to ensure quality requirements: are maintained. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and work areas where necessary. Investigate quality-related issues and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate quality control records, inspection reports, and documentation. Follow up on corrective actions to ensure identified quality issues are properly resolved. Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Sales, and other relevant departments to maintain quality standards. Support the implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Report recurring quality issues and recommend improvements to prevent future occurrences. Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Requirements: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant work experience: is an added advantage. Good understanding of quality control principles and procedures. Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good documentation and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or quality deviations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments. Knowledge of pharmaceutical product handling and storage requirements: is an added advantage.
