VisionSpring, an international social enterprise, is seeking a Demand Generation Technical Consultant to provide technical, coordination, and implementation support to the Global Senior Manager, Behavior Change in delivering VisionSpring’s global Demand Generation priorities. The Consultant will manage the day-to-day coordination of demand generation activities across several high-visibility projects in Bangladesh, Nigeria, and India, translating strategic direction into well-coordinated project plans, documentation, and timely follow-through. This role calls for someone comfortable holding multiple projects and stakeholders at once: developing plans, coordination meetings, and timelines in response to briefs, collaboration with in-country teams and external partners, and maintaining a clear, current view of implementation and performance across a portfolio of demand generation projects. Job Responsibilities: The Demand Generation Technical Consultant provides technical, coordination, and implementation support across VisionSpring’s demand generation portfolio, working closely with the Global Senior Manager, Behavior Change and country teams in Bangladesh, Nigeria, and India. Demand Generation Project Management: Respond to project and campaign briefs from the Global Senior Manager, Behavior Change by researching, and developing implementation plans, budgets, reports, and presentation materials. Support the coordination and follow-through of global Demand Generation campaigns and minor in-country projects, tracking activities against agreed timelines and deliverables. Support the continued development and institutionalization of the Demand Generation trainings across VisionSpring and its partners under POWERS project. Provide hands-on support in developing and implementing Demand Generation activities across VisionSpring programs. Coordination & Stakeholder Support: Attend project and partner meetings, and prepare notes, actions, and follow-ups, ensuring agreed actions are properly documented and tracked. Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned demand generation project workstreams, under the guidance of the Global Senior Manager, Behavior Change. Identify potential delivery risks or partner concerns and escalate them to the Global Senior Manager, Behavior Change before they become major issues. Work closely with in-country program teams, Campaign Implementation Leads, and implementation partners to maintain strong, responsive working relationships and ensure timely follow-up on requests and action items. Documentation, Reporting & Performance Tracking: Compile and synthesize activity and performance updates into concise reports and presentations for internal and donor-facing use. Maintain organized records of project plans, budgets, reports, and correspondence across the POWERS demand generation portfolio. Support the Global Senior Manager, Behavior Change in maintaining a clear, up-to-date view of Demand Generation implementation and performance across projects. Partner, Consultant & Agency Support: Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure documentation regarding contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and payments are properly processed for timely execution. Provide administrative and technical support for engaging external consultants, agencies, and other Demand Generation partners, including scoping, briefing, and tracking deliverables. Support the coordination of partner and vendor communications, helping ensure agreed timelines and quality standards are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Global Senior Manager, Behavior Change and cross-functional colleagues in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for demand generation campaigns and approaches. Support cross-functional coordination of Demand Generation activities across teams and program, including country teams, marketing, and program quality assurance. Job Requirements: 2-4 years of experience: in project coordination, account or client management, or program support, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency environment, or in demand generation / behavior change programming. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing reports, meeting notes, and presentations. Experience: coordinating with external consultants, agencies, or vendors. Experience: with project management tools and software is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness and ability to coordinate across multiple time zones with teams in Bangladesh, Nigeria, and India. Strong project management skills, with experience: developing plans, budgets, timelines, and reports in response to a brief. Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, Business, International Development, or a related field. Working knowledge of Below the Line (BTL) or community marketing campaign coordination; direct field execution experience: is a plus but not required. Cross-Cultural, Multi-Market Fluency: Comfortable coordinating work across diverse country contexts — Bangladesh, Nigeria, and India — adapting communication and expectations to each market. Demand Generation & Campaign Literacy: Familiar with the mechanics of ATL, BTL. demand generation and community-facing marketing campaigns, and able to manage their moving parts with confidence. Project & Priority Management: Comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once, and skilled at translating a brief or strategic direction into a clear plan, budget, and timeline. Collaborative & Responsive: A strong communicator who works well under the direction of a senior manager, while also comfortable coordinating directly with consultants, agencies, and program partners.
