Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management Plan, implement, maintain, and upgrade the school's ICT infrastructure. Manage servers, workstations, printers, interactive displays, projectors, and other IT equipment. Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime. Maintain the school's wired and wireless network infrastructure. Oversee internet connectivity and bandwidth optimization. Systems Administration Administer Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, Active Directory, and cloud-based platforms. Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and shared resources. Ensure regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
