Taking responsibility for the proper use, maintenance, and availability of Truck Force tools and equipment. Identifying and training customer staff on proper tire maintenance and best practices. Leading, administering and motivating the Truck Force team and service activities. Generating sales of accessories and service-related products. Conducting fleet inspections, including complete wheel inspections, workshop inspections, scrap tire inspections, and other relevant fleet assessments. Conducting product evaluations and providing relevant technical feedback. Monitoring and reporting competitor activities and market information. Candidate Requirements: We are particularly interested in candidates with practical experience: in: Automotive aftersales/service operations. Truck / fleet service operations. Team supervision and field-service coordination. Sales of automotive service, accessories or related products would be an added advantage. Fleet workshops or transport companies. Tire maintenance and fleet inspections. Customer technical support and training. Commercial vehicle or truck maintenance.
