Our operations involve the deployment and management of personnel, marine assets, equipment and technical teams across challenging operational environments. As part of our continued commitment to operational excellence and the highest standards of safety, we are seeking to engage an experienced and highly competent professional for the position below: Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the Company's HSE function, ensuring that HSE requirements: are effectively integrated into all Company activities. Monitor HSE performance across projects and operational locations and provide regular reports to Management. Conduct and coordinate HSE inspections, audits, investigations and compliance reviews. Lead the investigation of incidents, near misses and unsafe acts/conditions and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure that employees, contractors and other personnel understand and comply with Company HSE requirements. Provide HSE input into project planning, mobilisation, marine operations, procurement and contractor management. Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, contractors and other stakeholders on HSE matters. Coordinate HSE training, awareness programmes, toolbox talks and competency initiatives. Maintain appropriate HSE records, statistics and documentation and ensure effective tracking of HSE performance indicators. Provide advice to Management on emerging HSE risks, regulatory developments and opportunities for continual improvement. Support the Company in maintaining its reputation for safe and reliable delivery of geophysical and oil & gas-related projects. Qualifications & Experience: Applicants should possess: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Science or a related discipline. Professional HSE certification(s) such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. Minimum of 10 years' relevant HSE experience: , preferably within the oil & gas, geophysical, marine, offshore or related energy sector .
