The Creative Assistant Intern will support Morjhie Digital’s creative, content production, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day creative operations. The role involves working across Morjhie Digital and its affiliated brands to develop engaging digital content, assist with AI-powered creative production, graphic design, campaigns, and brand activations. Key Responsibilities: AI & Digital Content Production: Research AI tools, emerging creative trends, competitor activities, and social media developments. Create, refine, and document creative prompts for AI image and video campaigns. Develop educational carousel content and social media assets in line with brand guidelines. Assist in creating AI-generated images and video content using tools such as Midjourney, Kling, and Nana Banana . Prepare creative briefs, production notes, and shot lists for campaigns. Graphic Design & Visual Production: Ensure all creative outputs meet the required quality and brand standards. Prepare designs for digital, print, and outdoor use. Create social media graphics, carousels, flyers, event branding materials, and presentation designs. Campaigns & Activations: Support the setup, management, and breakdown of branded environments and promotional materials. Be available to support campaign shoots and events when required. Assist with logistics and creative coordination for campaigns. Support outdoor activations, events, shoots, and field marketing activities. Brand & Client Support: Ensure all content aligns with the specific brand guidelines and creative direction of each client. Provide creative and content support across the company’s portfolio of brands and clients. Take on additional creative projects and responsibilities: as assigned by the Creative Director. Develop social media content, campaign visuals, product content, and other creative assets as assigned. Support campaign execution and creative requirements: for new and existing clients. Administrative & Team Support: Coordinate with vendors, printers, and suppliers when required. Support the preparation and proofreading of creative briefs, client communications, and reports. Maintain organised records of creative assets, production files, and client deliverables. Assist the Creative Director and team with daily creative operations and task tracking. Key Expectations: Professional conduct and respect for brand guidelines. Strong attention to detail. Reliability, responsiveness, and adaptability. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work with AI creative tools and adapt to new technologies. Good communication and teamwork skills. Creativity and willingness to learn.
