Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and professionally, offering guidance and recommendations from the menu. Understand and effectively communicate the unique selling points of our menu (e.g., pepper soup, amala, puff puff, etc.). Upsell menu items where appropriate to increase customer satisfaction and revenue. Handle customer inquiries in person, via phone, and online with efficiency and courtesy. Support social media promotions and engage with potential customers online as needed. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer service. Keep records of customer feedback and sales performance for continuous improvement. Maintain a tidy and inviting sales/front-of-house area. Requirements: Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent.
