The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting potential clients into long-term partnerships. The problem you solve is two-fold: Inconsistent client acquisition and unpredictable revenue. Success in this role means you are building a structured sales pipeline that consistently converts into at least three new clients per month. Larkspur is looking for a Business Developer who will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Where you’re concerned, we only care about these four things: Professionally represent Larkspur’s brand. Client retention and repeat business, New revenue generated (Primary KPI), Qualified sales pipeline, Core Responsibilities: Your day-to-day will look like this: Provide market intelligence (pricing, competitor activity, hiring trends, and client objections). Negotiate fees within approved pricing structure. Maintain accurate pipeline reports weekly. Book meetings with the decision makers and present Larkspur’s value to them. Close resourcing mandates. Identify and prospect Nigerian companies hiring talent. Ensure clear and complete client brief handover to the resourcing team.
