Provide prompt on-site technical support and resolve terminal-related issues. Conduct routine visits to merchants to ensure optimal device performance. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network-related issues. Replace faulty terminals and manage terminal inventory within the assigned territory. Train merchants on the proper use of POS terminals and transaction processes. Ensure compliance with company operational standards and policies. Monitor transaction performance and escalate unresolved issues appropriately. Prepare and submit daily and weekly field activity reports. Support merchant onboarding and documentation where required. Maintain positive relationships with merchants and agents within the assigned territory.
