Key Responsibilities: Logistics Planning & Coordination: Plan and coordinate daily logistics activities, deliveries, pickups, and dispatches. Ensure materials, equipment, and supplies are delivered to the right location at the required time. Coordinate logistics schedules and routes to optimize time, resources, and costs. Fleet & Transport Management: Coordinate the use, maintenance, and availability of company vehicles and logistics equipment. Monitor vehicle movement, fuel consumption, servicing, repairs, and documentation. Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safety requirements, and assigned schedules. Inventory & Materials Movement: Coordinate the movement and distribution of cleaning supplies, equipment, consumables, and other operational materials.
