The ideal candidate should have strong audit and assessment experience, sound knowledge of quality, environmental and HSE management systems, and the ability to prepare clear and objective assessment reports. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed audit and supplier assessment reports with supporting documentation. Conduct desktop reviews and prequalification assessments of registered suppliers. Conduct renewal assessments and verify the current status of prequalified suppliers. Carry out on-site visits to assess supplier facilities, capabilities, and operations. Identify gaps, non-conformities, and areas requiring improvement. Review supplier requests for additional products, services, or competencies. Work closely with clients, suppliers, and relevant industry stakeholders. Conduct desktop and facility audits in line with approved assessment requirements. Review supplier documentation, management systems, facilities, and operational capabilities. Prepare periodic management reports on assessment activities. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant reporting tools. Strong analytical, assessment, report-writing, and communication skills. Proven experience: in supplier prequalification, audits, facility assessments, or vendor evaluation. B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Science, HSE, Quality Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ experience: in oil & gas supplier assessment, auditing, or quality management. Willingness to travel for supplier assessments and field assignments. Good understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management systems. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certifications, is mandatory (Equivalent internationally recognized certifications is a plus). Salary Competitive and commensurate with experience.
