Min Qualification: OND Experience: Level: Internship & Graduate Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Weekend Shift Applicant Location: Abuja, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly and professionally. Receive, inspect, tag, and register customers’ garments accurately. Answer customer enquiries in person, via phone, and on WhatsApp. Process orders and issue receipts. Schedule pickup and delivery requests. Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details. Notify customers when their garments are ready for collection. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Promote PUREVAULT’s services, special offers, and loyalty programs. Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Support the daily administrative operations of the business. Requirements: Minimum of an OND (SSCE may be considered with relevant experience). 1–2 years of experience: in customer service or front desk operations is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and relationship management skills. Proficiency in using smartphones, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer applications (Microsoft Word and Excel). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Honest, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Must reside in Kubwa or nearby areas.
