We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Investment Manager Location: Lagos Job type: Full-time Role Overview The Corporate Finance & Investment Manager will lead fundraising efforts, manage investor relations, and structure financial deals to drive the company’s growth. This individual will represent the company to both institutional and high-net-worth investors, providing strategic insight into investment opportunities and ensuring capital flow aligns with project timelines and company objectives. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with the company’s business goals. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Capital Sourcing: Lead efforts to raise debt and equity capital for real estate projects. Identify and approach potential investors (private individuals, institutional partners etc.). Prepare and deliver compelling investment pitches, proposals, and presentations. Financial Advisory & Strategy: Provide financial insights to guide executive decision-making. Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and risk assessment. Track financial performance and monitor return on investment across projects. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, legal, development) to align financial and business strategies. Ensure that financial objectives are seamlessly integrated into the company’s broader goals. Financial Structuring: Structure and negotiate investment terms, joint ventures, and partnerships. Support project financing strategy and capital stack structuring. Investor Relations: Serve as the key point of contact for all investor communications. Manage reporting, updates, and performance tracking for investors. Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., ICAN, CFA) is a strong plus. 5+ years of experience: in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or real estate finance. Deep understanding of real estate markets and investment structuring. Professional presence and the ability to inspire confidence with high-net-worth individuals and partners. Proven track record in raising capital and managing investor relationships. Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and communication skills. SEC sponsorship is an added advantage. Salary Range N200,000 – N300,000 / month.
