Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 10 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Providing legal advice and legal support to the company’s Board of Directors, Management, and Business Units on legal matters, as well as implementing legal strategies to mitigate risk. Drafting and vetting all contracts, documents, and correspondence to mitigate the risk exposure of the Company, such as Service Level Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Confidentiality Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Partnership Agreements, letters, company policies, etc. Overseeing the company secretarial function of the company by preparing board papers, organizing and attending Board/Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings of the company as well as preparing Minutes of Meeting for the Group. Liaising with external counsel on matters/legal issues affecting the Group when necessary Regulatory Compliance - Ensure timely remittance of filings/returns to Regulators as well as liaising with regulators and government parastatals on regulatory issues about the Group.
