Min Qualification: OND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Customer Service: Attend to customers promptly, professionally, and accurately. Maintain a cheerful, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times. Remain attentive to customers entering the store and respond promptly to product inquiries and requests. Product Handling and Documentation: Identify and distinguish between various phone models and related products. Ensure products are handed out correctly and accurately according to customer requests. Verify product details before transferring items to the cashier. Record all products issued in the designated inventory logbook and ensure accurate documentation. Handle all products with care to prevent damage or loss. Inventory Management: Return cartons and products to their designated shelves and storage locations after use. Ensure products are returned to the correct cartons and properly organized. Maintain accurate records of newly received products for stock updates.
