Tova HR Advisory is supporting a growing organisation to hire a Human Resources Officer who will join as the organisation’spioneer HR professional. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is ready to build, not just maintain, an HR function. What you’ll be doing Establish and manage core HR processes, policies, and systems. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Support employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. Coordinate payroll, benefits, leave, contracts, and HR records. Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees. Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable employment requirements. Build the foundations of the HR function as the organisation grows. What we’re looking for Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or standalone HR professional. Experience: across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and HR administration. Good knowledge of Nigerian employment practices and HR compliance. Experience: developing or implementing HR policies, processes, or systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Someone who ishands-on, proactive, organised, and comfortable building structure from the ground up. This role is a great fit if you: Have worked independently or in a lean HR team.
