Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell gym equipment to individuals and organizations Maintain accurate customer and sales records Identify and pursue new sales opportunities Manage customer inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales support Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Meet and exceed sales targets Execute marketing activities to boost brand visibility Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities Ensure a seamless customer experience: from initial contact to after-sales service Field Sales & Marketing Responsibilities: Provide regular field activity reports, including client feedback and market insights, to management Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, fitness expos, and community events to promote gym equipment and generate brand awareness Conduct field visits to gyms, fitness centers, corporate offices, estates, and other prospective client locations to generate leads and close sales Distribute marketing materials, flyers, and promotional items during field visits and outreach activities Plan and execute door-to-door and territory-based sales outreach to expand market reach Build and maintain relationships with gym owners, fitness centers, corporate wellness programs, and other B2B clients through regular field engagement Conduct market surveys and gather competitor and industry intelligence while in the field Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute local activations, roadshows, and promotional campaigns Carry out on-site product demonstrations and equipment presentations to prospective clients Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly field visit and lead generation targets as set by management Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
