Support the QA Manager in implementing and maintaining quality assurance activities, including complaint management, GDP/QMS training, documentation, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, recalls, and audits. Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulatory requirements: and approved procedures. Responsibilities: Complaint Management: Coordinate investigations with relevant departments. Analyse complaint data, prepare reports, and escalate serious issues. Receive, log, assess, track, and maintain complaint records. Training & Documentation: Maintain GDP/QMS training matrix; coordinate induction and refresher training. Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and data integrity. Prepare, review, and maintain quality records, trackers, and reports. Develop and maintain training materials and records; monitor completion. QMS Support: Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspection preparations. Coordinate investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA development and closure. Support deviations, change controls, risk assessments, and recalls. Review records for adequacy; monitor actions for timely completion. Stakeholder & Compliance Support: Maintain confidentiality and integrity of quality information. Maintain relationships with internal teams, principals, customers, and regulators. Provide QA guidance to junior staff and operational teams. Requirements: Skills: Knowledge of Nigerian pharmaceutical regulations, GDP, WHO guidelines; proficiency in MS Office and quality systems; strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving. Experience: must include: Complaint Management, Investigations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Recalls, GDP/QMS training, Documentation, Audits, and Regulatory Inspections. Education: Bachelor's in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) with valid PCN registration. Experience: 5–8 years in pharmaceutical quality assurance.
