This is not just a content-posting role—we need someone who can turn our social media platforms and paid campaigns into measurable business results. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Ads Strategist to manage our social media platforms and develop advertising strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and online sales. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Create content calendars based on products, promotions, campaigns and business objectives. Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement. Write engaging captions, ad copies and promotional content. Stay updated with social media trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement. Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy. Manage Lance Trend's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant social media platforms. Ads Strategy & Management: Identify underperforming campaigns and make timely adjustments. Plan, set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis. Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS. Develop campaigns focused on awareness, traffic, WhatsApp enquiries, leads and sales. Manage advertising budgets responsibly. Test different audiences, creatives, offers, placements and ad copies. Content & Campaign Coordination: Provide clear creative briefs for images, videos, reels and advertisements. Assist in creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook. Work closely with the graphics designer, videographer and content team to develop marketing creatives. Develop promotional campaigns around products and seasonal offers.
