We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Social Media / Digital Marketing Officer Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary This role requires someone who is highly creative, analytical, and passionate about digital marketing and brand growth. We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and tech-savvy Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer to drive the company's online visibility, increase customer engagement, generate leads, and boost sales across all Smart Nuel branches nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's digital presence, creating engaging content, running advertising campaigns, designing and maintaining the company website, promoting phones and accessories, and collaborating with branch managers to convert online enquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos. Monitor engagement and build an active online community around the Smart Nuel brand. Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar. Manage and grow Smart Nuel's presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), WhatsApp Business, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and direct messages professionally. Digital Marketing & Advertising: Generate leads and drive traffic to physical branches and online sales channels. Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for better conversion. Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI). Promote new phone launches, accessories, special offers, clearance sales, festive campaigns, and promotions. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, and other platforms. Website Design & Management: Update products, prices, promotional banners, blogs, and landing pages regularly. Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast, and user-friendly. Design, develop, and maintain the company's website. Monitor website analytics and user behaviour. Improve website SEO to increase organic traffic and search visibility. Content Creation & Brand Promotion: Produce high-quality promotional videos, reels, product photography, and graphics for phones and accessories. Create educational and promotional content about smartphones, accessories, gadgets, solar products, and technology. Ensure all content aligns with Smart Nuel's brand identity and marketing objectives. Visit branches when required to capture products, customer testimonials, and promotional content. Sales Support & Branch Coordination: Support branch managers in closing online-generated sales and customer deals. Follow up on online enquiries and direct potential customers to the appropriate branch. Liaise with managers of all Smart Nuel branches to promote available products and current offers. Coordinate branch-specific promotions and campaigns. Gather weekly product availability, pricing updates, and promotional information from branches. Analytics & Reporting: Recommend strategies to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for the Managing Director. Track social media performance, website traffic, campaign reach, engagement, leads, and sales conversions. Brand Development: Maintain a consistent and professional online brand image across all digital platforms. Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities for business growth.
