Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective clients through field marketing activities Promote the firm’s HR and recruitment services to businesses Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients Follow up on prospects and convert leads into paying clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners Conduct market surveys and gather competitor insights Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets Submit daily and weekly reports on field activities and client engagements Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing, direct sales, business development, or customer acquisition Minimum of an OND in any discipline Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision Good knowledge of Lagos Island, Ikeja, or Yaba, and surrounding business environments Must reside within or close to the preferred work location Remuneration: NGN 100,000 + 10% Commission Location: Lagos Island, Ikeja, and Yaba Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
