Digital Growth Customer Acquisition Performance Marketing Qualifications & Experience: Strong understanding of responsible financial advertising and regulatory considerations. 5–8 years' digital marketing experience, preferably in fintech, banking, telecommunications or technology. Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, conversion rates and digital acquisition funnels. Demonstrated experience: managing digital customer acquisition campaigns. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media or related discipline. Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok and other digital advertising platforms. Experience: using analytics tools to measure campaign performance. Ability to develop growth strategies for mobile applications. Experience: with performance marketing, SEO, SEM and conversion optimization.
