We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Inspector to oversee daily site activities, monitor material usage, and provide accurate progress updates. Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper documentation of site activities and material movement. Report any site issues, delays, or observations that may affect project timelines. Update and maintain material usage records using Microsoft Excel. Keep accurate records of all materials delivered to and used on site. Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to management. Track inventory and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Support management with any other site inspection and reporting duties as assigned. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient site operations. Monitor daily activities on the construction site to ensure work is progressing according to schedule. Requirements: Strong record-keeping, reporting, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
