Key Responsibilities: Manpower Planning: Work with business leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment. Regional HR Support: Lead HR activities to support business operations and workforce needs across the assigned region. Performance Management: Coordinate and manage the performance review process for both office and site employees. HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations and ensure consistent HR service delivery. HR Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, headcount reports, and HR data to support management decisions. Technical Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, technical professionals, and site-based employees.
