Plan, prepare, and oversee the production of high-end pastries, desserts, and bakery items tailored to airline menu specifications. Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance to sustain efficiency. Manage daily operations, production schedules, and inventory within the pastry kitchen. Ensure all products meet the required presentation, portion, and flavor profiles before dispatch. Train, coach, and mentor junior pastry staff, fostering continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with the hot kitchen and bakery sections to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery. Develop and test new recipes that reflect modern pastry trends and align with international airline standards. Requirements: Strong leadership, planning, and quality-control skills. Ability to perform under pressure and manage large-scale pastry production. Creativity, innovation, and attention to detail are essential. Excellent knowledge of international standards for food safety and production. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Proven expertise in classic and modern pastry techniques, including plated desserts and decorative presentation.
