High level of integrity, sound judgment, and resilience, with the ability to handle complex situations and lead through change. Prior experience: in curriculum planning, assessment design, and data-driven decision-making to support student success. Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, staff, and community stakeholders. Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; appropriate licensure or certification is an advantage. Demonstrated experience: in school leadership or educational administration, including managing staff, overseeing curriculum, and driving academic outcomes.
