The role oversees the planning, design, coordination, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all developments meet the Company's quality standards, regulatory requirements, budget, and project timelines. The Head of Architecture is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership for all architectural functions within CasaLavoro Limited. Key Responsibilities: Must possess exceptional architectural design capabilities with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative, functional, and aesthetically outstanding projects. Ensure all architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, planning regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Coordinate with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Quantity Surveying, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and other project stakeholders. Conduct design reviews and value engineering exercises to optimize project quality, cost, and functionality. Ensure timely resolution of design conflicts and site-related architectural issues. Establish and maintain architectural standards, templates, and quality assurance processes across all projects. Lead the preparation and presentation of architectural proposals and project reports to Executive Management. Develop and implement the department's architectural strategy in alignment with the Company's business objectives. Monitor departmental budgets, project schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution. Review, approve, and ensure the quality of architectural concepts, designs, drawings, and construction documentation. Drive innovation by introducing modern architectural solutions, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies. Provide technical leadership and guidance to architects, site architects, and design consultants. Support business development initiatives by providing architectural expertise during project feasibility and acquisition stages. Lead and oversee all architectural activities across the Company's real estate development projects. Mentor, coach, and develop members of the architectural team while conducting regular performance evaluations. Identify and mitigate architectural risks that may impact project delivery. Supervise architectural site inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and specifications. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Percentage of projects completed with minimal design revisions. Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Team productivity and performance.
