A prominent player in the Nigerian industry, the company’s operations span across the downstream value chain i.e. Petroleum Product Storage, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Sales. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Station Account Officer Locations: Abuja, Warri, Asaba - Delta, Ekpoma, Auchi - Edo Ikom Ogoja - Cross River Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary To manage the petty cash inflow and outflow of Rainoil’s stations and depots as well as maintaining accurate records/books on transactions. Roles & Responsibilities: File all documents concerning cash payment and collection. Reconcile all received cash, which has been recorded in the petty cash book, with expenses. Collect money from the bank for safekeeping before reimbursements. Process payment for accounts and issuing receipts. Prepare daily and weekly collections and payment summary reports for review by the station supervisor. Create and maintain records of cash requests and disbursements. Maintain records to allow easy disbursement, reconciliation, and replenishment. Respond to queries regarding approvals, payment limits and deadlines for retirement etc. Maintain accurate records of all income and expenses, and regularly reconcile the cash balance against these records. Process expense retirement ledgers to ensure proper accountability of all cash advances. Facilitate the availability of funds to meet day-to-day operational petty cash expenses and emergencies. Requirements: Minimum of One years’ relevant experience: Honesty, commitment, hardworking and self-motivation.
