This includes reconciling daily sales reports with cash and credit card receipts. Participate in the monthly physical counting of the eatery and bakerysupplies and alsoverifyinventory records match the actual stock and identify any discrepancies. Audit adherence to company policies related to food safety, hygiene standards, and customer service protocols. Assist in preparing detailed audit reports summarizing findings, including identified risks, control weaknesses, and recommendations for corrective action. Support the Head ofaudit unitwith administrative tasks, such as organizing documentation, scheduling audits, and following up on previous findings. Skills & Qualifications A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions. Strong Attention to Detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software is a plus.
