This position is crucial for providing guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay. We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hotel team. Key Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum rooms and public areas. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly. Follow hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines. Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Supervisor immediately. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities. Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations. Assist in laundry services when necessary. Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina – ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Previous housekeeping experience: (hotel or hospitality experience: preferred but not mandatory).
