The successful candidate will conduct routine quality checks, identify non-conformities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine quality inspections and checks on products, processes, and operational activities. Maintain accurate quality control records, inspection reports, and documentation. Ensure products and business processes comply with established quality standards and company procedures. Support the implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Monitor the handling, storage, packaging, and distribution of pharmaceutical products to ensure quality requirements: are maintained. Investigate quality-related issues and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and work areas where necessary. Follow up on corrective actions to ensure identified quality issues are properly resolved. Report recurring quality issues and recommend improvements to prevent future occurrences. Identify, document, and report defects, discrepancies, and non-conformities. Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Sales, and other relevant departments to maintain quality standards. Requirements: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or quality deviations. Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. At least 1 year of relevant work experience: is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments. Good documentation and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of pharmaceutical product handling and storage requirements: is an added advantage. Good understanding of quality control principles and procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Salary N100,00 - N150,000 per month.
