This role supports the Territory Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, supervising sales representatives, and ensuring the company’s soap and household products are well represented in the market. The position requires someone with strong knowledge of the soap manufacturing or FMCG market, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven capacity to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: & Accountability Sales Execution: Drive sales within the assigned area to meet volume, revenue, and market share objectives. Team Management: Supervise, guide, and motivate Sales Representatives to achieve performance targets and KPIs. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key trade customers and retail partners. Market Monitoring: Track competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights. Promotional Activities: Ensure successful execution of trade promotions and marketing initiatives. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely performance reports. Requirements: & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields Minimum of 4 years’ experience: in sales, preferably in soap manufacturing or FMCG industries. Demonstrated ability to manage sales teams and achieve targets. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel within the assigned area in Lagos. Competencies: Team Leadership – Effectively manages and motivates field sales teams. Execution Excellence – Delivers results with speed and accuracy. Customer Focus – Builds strong relationships and delivers on customer needs.
