We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: External Relations / Liaison Officer Location: Oniru, Lagos Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days on site) Reports To: Office of the CEO Description A company in the building and construction industry needs a well-connected professional to own our external relationship strategy with government agencies, financial institutions, and industry networks. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who already has the right relationships and knows how to put them to work. Key Responsibilities: Represent the company at industry and government events Serve as the main liaison between the organization and government/regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and financial institutions Build a pipeline of agency and bank partnerships for scrap sourcing and asset recovery Manage the full outreach process - first contact through proposal, negotiation, and follow-up Leverage personal contacts to accelerate deal-making Requirements: Strong written/verbal communication and proposal-drafting skills Proven ability to move deals forward independently 4+ years' experience: in business development, government relations, or institutional liaison within Nigeria Demonstrable, active network across Nigerian government agencies, law enforcement, or banks Salary N400,000 / Month.
