We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Facility Manager Associate (Intern) to support the daily operations and maintenance activities of our facility management team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in facility management, operations, maintenance coordination, or property management. Key Responsibilities: Help prepare maintenance schedules and service reports. Support coordination of technicians, vendors, and service providers. Assist in supervising daily facility operations and maintenance activities. Maintain records of work orders, inventories, and operational documents. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Assist with procurement and tracking of maintenance materials. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures. Conduct routine facility inspections and report faults or safety concerns. Support client communication and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
