Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Rotating Schedule Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Assist with food preparation and cooking activities. Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen procedures. Wash, peel, cut, and portion food items as required Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations. Wash dishes and ensure proper sanitation standards are maintained. Assist with stocking and organising kitchen inventory. Ensure food storage areas are properly maintained. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times. Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy periods. Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean kitchen environment. Report equipment faults or kitchen issues promptly. Requirements: Minimum of SSCE qualification. Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods. Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
