We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (Oil & Gas / Real Estate) Location: Lekki, Lagos Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an intelligent, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of a fast-growing company with interests in oil & gas, real estate, and related ventures. The ideal candidate must be resourceful, articulate, and capable of managing both strategic and day-to-day responsibilities, functioning as the MD’s right-hand and playing a key role in decision-making support. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality Provide oversight or support for ongoing projects in oil & gas and/or real estate Ensure the MD’s time is effectively utilized and priorities are met Coordinate daily schedule, travel arrangements, and high-level administrative tasks Assist in business development and client relationship management Conduct market research and prepare executive briefs or proposals Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field Minimum of 3 years’ experience: in a PA, EA, or strategic support role preferably within oil & gas or real estate Ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and solve problems independently Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skill High level of emotional intelligence and discretion Salary N150,000 – N200,000 monthly (based on experience).
