Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention for Kenkeputa’s digital products. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch new features and optimize existing ones based on data-driven insights. Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Design and run experiments to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or growth-focused role. Strong understanding of growth frameworks, analytics tools, and experimentation techniques. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
