The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining world- Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Executive level Experience Length: 10 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies for retail, trade, contractor, and institutional customers. Lead, coach, and supervise the outlet team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and corporate clients. Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability. Ensure the outlet maintains excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
