We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Project Manager (Entry Level) Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos Work Mode: Onsite Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and coordinating projects from initiation to completion. Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and assigned tasks. Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines. Prepare project updates, reports, meeting notes, and other project documentation. Organize and participate in project meetings. Identify potential delays, risks, or issues and escalate them appropriately. Assist in monitoring project scope, resources, and deliverables. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Support client communication and provide regular updates on project progress. Work closely with technical teams to ensure project requirements: are properly understood and delivered. Contribute to improving project management processes and workflows. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree / HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience: in project coordination, administration, operations, or a related role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Willingness to learn and grow within a technology environment. Added Advantage: Certification or training in Project Management. Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project. Basic understanding of software development or IT projects. Previous internship or NYSC experience: involving project coordination or operations. Salary N150,000 monthly.
