The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and revenue by actively engaging customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining product knowledge, achieving assigned sales targets, ensuring proper product display, and contributing to the smooth operation of the retail outlet. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner. Promote and sell company products to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Explain product features, benefits, prices, warranties, and available promotions to customers. Demonstrate products and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Maintain excellent customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Education: OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales abilities may also be considered. Candidates with relevant sales experience: in mobile phones, electronics, telecommunications, FMCG, fashion, or other retail businesses are preferred. 0–2 years of experience: in retail sales, customer service, marketing, or a related position. Required Skills: Strong target-oriented mindset. Strong customer service skills. Good product presentation and demonstration skills. Good selling and negotiation abilities.
