Key Responsibilities: Maintain the highest standards of fiduciary duty in managing trust assets and ensuring the fulfillment of the client's wishes. Administer trust accounts and ensure regulatory compliance Prepare reports on trust activities and portfolio performance to the regulators. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and investment teams Market for trust businesses offering various products and transactions Oversee capital market transactions involving bonds, securities, structured finance and security management. Carry out trust disbursements, investment decisions, and administrative duties in alignment with client instructions and legal obligations. Support the execution of capital market transactions with proper documentation and compliance Monitor and mitigate risks related to trust administration Work with clients to understand their unique goals, needs, and financial situations. Requirements: A degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent communication and analytical skills Strong knowledge of trust administration and capital market products 3-5 years of experience: in trust business SEC sponsorship is an added advantage.
