Bridgemead Advisory is seeking an exceptional Strategy and Operational Transformation Consultant to drive the delivery of high-impact advisory engagements across strategy, organizational transformation, talent, governance and business performance. This is not a traditional consulting role. We are looking for someone who has successfully led strategy and transformation initiatives from within organizations, not just advised on them. Key Responsibilities: Client Advisory & Project Delivery: Translate business challenges into actionable strategies, operating models and execution roadmaps. Ensure projects deliver measurable business value within agreed timelines and budgets. Work closely with executive teams to identify strategic priorities and develop practical, implementable solutions. Drive organization design, business transformation, workforce strategy, governance and performance improvement initiatives. Provide trusted advisory support to CEOs, Managing Directors, Executive Committees and Boards. Lead complex consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation. Strategy Implementation: Design governance structures, operating rhythms and accountability mechanisms that ensure successful execution. Support clients beyond strategy development by leading implementation and change management efforts. Lead enterprise transformation programmes involving people, processes and organizational capability. Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Business Development & Practice Growth: Support the firm's growth strategy by developing new service offerings and market opportunities. Contribute to thought leadership, market insights and service innovation. Lead proposal development, solution design and client presentations. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Represent Bridgemead Advisory at client meetings, conferences and industry engagements. Leadership & Team Development: Build high-performing multidisciplinary teams capable of delivering complex client engagements. Lead and mentor consultants and analysts. Provide coaching, performance feedback and professional development support. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, accountability and continuous learning. Allocate project resources effectively and ensure quality across engagements. Quality Assurance: Review consulting deliverables to ensure analytical rigour, practicality and quality. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess: Experience: managing cross-functional teams and leading organizational change. Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive professional experience.
