We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Partners Authorities Relations & Nigerian Content (PAR & NC) Coordinator Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Job Purpose Ensure TEPNG’s compliance with its obligations to its host country under all contracts, agreements, regulations, and relevant MOUs. Maintain and coordinate effective relationships with Partners, Government Authorities (AMNI, NUPRC, NCDMB etc.) to promote the interests of TEPNG. Ensure proper interface/liaison with all internal stakeholders (Finance, PAR, CP&NC, etc.) to achieve timely delivery of IMA gas project objectives. Ensure that the Project complies with the provisions of the PIA 2021 as may be applicable. Coordinate the preparation and facilitation of smooth statutory and operational meetings as well effective co-ordination of the different project and affiliate entities for the timely approvals of contracts, budgets, performances and other critical operational activities Liaise regularly with NCDMB to align aspirations and create a partner relationship where possible for the enhancement of the Project and in compliance to the NOGICD Act. Activities Be fully conversant with relevant government regulatory and approval processes and provide guidance to the project. Coordinate the internal reporting to NCD hierarchy and company management Establish and maintain good business relations with the Partners and relevant government authorities and agencies. Coordinate the logistics arrangements for NUPRC, NCDMB and other Authorities personnel for both local and foreign Missions Any other duty as may be assigned by the Project Management from time to time Assist in ensuring progression of NCDMB activities during CFT processing Coordinate the collation, preparation and issuance of NCDMB statutory reports (monthly, quarterly and bi-annual). Interface with users, contract engineers and user department on NC issues Ensure compliance with the various contractual requirements: for TEPNG’s activities and Contract awards. Ensures the issuance of accurate progress (Weekly / Monthly / Annual) project reports to Partners and Authorities Maintain appropriate database of all communications and correspondences with NCDMB Coordinate the processes leading to securing approval for project work programs/budgets/performance and coordinate their defense with relevant project units/technical dept. Coordinate the preparation, organization and management of OPCOM and other technical Committee meetings with partners and technical workshops with the authorities. Assist in ensuring NC Compliance in the project execution activities HSE Objectives Ensure partners and regulators representatives comply and participate in H3SE meetings, training sessions, drills and the execution of H3SE plans Communicate H3SE Company rules to all Government Agencies Familiarize self with TEPNG emergency procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities: safely and report any incident, unsafe act, or operation. Support and enforce the HSE company objectives and directives. Make safety suggestions, report any anomalies, unsafe acts or conditions observed. Requirements: Minimum ten (10) years of work experience: which should include five or more years of relevant E&P project experience: is required to enhance performance on the job. Postgraduate or Professional Qualification may be an advantage. B.Sc. / HND in a Technical, Finance or Business Field. Skills: Negotiation Skills. Interpersonal Skills.
